Despite increased automation and new technologies provided by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, business productivity remains in crisis today.

This is because it is people at the heart of productivity, not machines.

A meagre 8% of UK workers say they feel engaged in the workplace. To make work better, we must transform company culture to inspire and engage employees.

As Paul Krugman, American Economist and Nobel Prize Winner, says:

"Productivity isn't everything, but in the long run, it is almost everything."

We can transform business productivity and make work better for everybody. The statistics do all the talking:

• 57% of employees say company culture is more important than salary.

• 73% of adults won't apply to a company unless its values align with their own personal values.

• Engaged workplaces are 21% more profitable than their counterparts.
